Project Manager & Scrum Master at Stretch Care

Agnes Hedberg's work experience begins in 2016 with their role as an Assistant Project Manager, where they were responsible for producing reports and templates, assisting with invoices, and conducting internal training. Agnes then transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator, where they planned and coordinated resources and supported time and budget follow-up. Agnes later worked as a Recruitment Support, helping with recruitment tasks and acting as a link between managers and candidates.

In 2017, Agnes became a Support Coordinator, managing incidents and communicating with users and stakeholders. Agnes then moved on to the role of Project Manager and Scrum Master, leading a team of 17 members in systems development within Digital Workplace. As team lead, they improved internal ways of working, planned backlogs, and prepared development schedules.

At CGI, Agnes also served as a Business Designer and Prototype Test Lead, coordinating prototype tests and experiments for sustainable and circular business solutions. Agnes coached and supported the team through a change journey towards the future co-worker experience.

Most recently, Agnes joined Stretch as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, focusing on platform integration and IoT in the manufacturing industry. Agnes'srole involves utilizing Scrum, SAFe, and LeSS methodologies.

Agnes Hedberg's education history includes several educational institutions and certifications. In 2019, they attended Chefakademin for a fundamental leadership program. From 2013 to 2016, they studied Information Systems at Linköping University, specializing in IT and Management. Additionally, in 2015 and 2016, they attended Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University for Business Administration. In 2011 and 2012, Agnes pursued French Studies at France Langue and Club Ars. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education in Social Sciences at C4-gymnasiet from 2008 to 2011.

Furthermore, Agnes has obtained several additional certifications. In December 2022, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through Stretch Norge AS. Agnes also received certifications in Design Thinking from CGI in April 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in April 2017. Lastly, they completed a program in Verksamhetsarkitekt (Business Architecture) at Astrakan Strategisk Utbildning, although the exact month and year of completion are not specified.
