Karin Rensfeldt Schling

Karin Rensfeldt Schling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Karin started their career as a Sales Representative at IKEA Group in 2003 and later worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Melka in 2008. In 2010, they became a Partner and Finance Responsible at Middle Class Heroes HB. Karin then transitioned to KappAhl, where they held roles such as Sales Representative, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager from 2006 to 2013.

In 2016, Karin worked as the Finance Responsible at Adore Adore, where they handled all finance-related matters for the company. Karin later joined Mpya Finance in 2017 as an Accounting Consultant at APM Terminals and was later employed directly by APM Terminals as an Accounting Manager.

At APM Terminals, Karin took on various roles, including Inventory and Financial Analyst, Finance Business Partner/Business Controller, ERP local implementation partner, and Terminal Implementation Lead. These roles involved tasks such as analysis, reporting, cost follow-up, project management, and leading a global team.

Karin Rensfeldt Schling began their education in 2004 at Lund University, where they studied Statsvetenskap (Political Science) for one year. From 2005 to 2006, they attended the University of Borås, focusing on Textilvetenskap (Textile Science). Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a degree in Inköp inom textil (Purchasing within Textiles) at Nordiska Textilakademin. In 2014, Karin attended Lund University again, studying Nationalekonomi (Economics) for one year. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they were enrolled at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, where they obtained an Ekonomie kandidatexamen (ek.kand.) (Bachelor's degree in Economics) with a focus on Redovisning (Accounting).
