Mark draws on over 20 years of bankruptcy industry and technical expertise in his role as Vice President of Court Compliance. Serving as Stretto’s liaison to the Bankruptcy Courts, he stays informed of both state and federal form updates while performing impact analysis on these document changes. Working with the company’s technology developers, Mark conducts end-to-end flow validation on Stretto’s comprehensive suite of products across the proprietary software platforms. Recognized internally and externally as a bankruptcy-domain expert, he ensures case-data compliance with court requirements. He plays a vital role in monitoring PACER records and developing corresponding roadmaps for enhanced product development. Mark’s colleagues value his wide breath of bankruptcy-court knowledge as well as his deep understanding of Stretto’s software functionality.
