Padmanaban Nagarajan

Padmanaban Nagarajan has a strong background in software engineering and project management. Padmanaban started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Information Technology Analyst from 2005 to 2012. Padmanaban then joined Qualcomm as a Staff System Analyst, where they worked on various projects in Human Capital Management Application. Padmanaban also held a role as a Senior System Analyst during this time. In 2012, they joined Capita Technologies as a Senior Lead Java Developer, focusing on application architecture and design decisions. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at cFive Solutions as a Technical Project Lead and Java EE Developer, responsible for product development, integration, and application architecture. Currently, they are employed at Stretto as a Senior Software Engineer, and later transitioned to the role of Lead Software Engineer in January 2021.

Padmanaban Nagarajan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras from 1997 to 2001. Padmanaban then pursued a Master's degree in Digital Electronics and Advanced Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate in 2020, Oracle certifications in 2016 and 2017, and a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io in 2023. Padmanaban also holds a Sun Certified Programmer for Java Platform certification from Sun Microsystems in 2007 and completed the "Learning How to Learn" course through Coursera in 2016.
