Striatum Labs is a behavioural science practice for leaders, teams, and organisations navigating high-stakes change.

Most change efforts fail for human reasons, not technical ones. When a new strategy launches, a company restructures, or a product pivots, leadership expects alignment. Instead they meet friction: resistance that's really fear, ego that's really protection, disengagement that's really loss.

We're named after the striatum, the region of the brain where habits live and new patterns form. Because that is where transformation actually happens: not in strategy decks or process manuals, but in how your people think, feel, decide, and behave when everything around them is shifting.

We turn organisational psychology, behavioural science, and neuroscience into tools your leaders can use the same week: Behavioural Friction Audits that show you exactly where a change is meeting resistance and why, executive frameworks and workshops that build the capability into your managers, and advisory partnership for transformations that need a psychologist in the room. You leave every engagement with instruments, not just insights.

Lasting change is never installed. It's grown: in minds, in habits, and in the space between how leadership feels from the top and how it lands below.
