Aaron Jansen

Aaron Jansen is an experienced executive in operations and planning with a robust background in the automotive and retail industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change since July 2022, Aaron has held multiple leadership roles at Driven Brands Inc. from July 2016 to June 2022, including Vice President of Operational Excellence and Vice President of Operations for Meineke. Prior to that, experience at Belk as Merchandise Planner, Macy's in various planning capacities, and Ross Stores as Regional Analyst contributed to a well-rounded expertise in operational strategy and execution. Aaron began the career at Saucony as a Key Accounts Coordinator after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
