HR Operations Coordinator
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Resources department, including onboarding new employees, processing employee changes, maintaining employee records, handling basic HR inquiries, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting various HR initiatives by facilitating smooth operations across the employee lifecycle.

Required Skills:
· Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development
· Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
· Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
· Demonstrates an elevated level of judgment and discretion
· Self-starter, with a "let's get things done" attitude
· Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense
· Must act in a professional and courteous manner, and demonstrate an ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
· Great attention to detail
· Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines
· Strong ability to multi-task and work well in an environment subject to changing priorities and demands
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
· Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline is required
· Strong knowledge and use of Payroll systems
