Rance Pappan

Rance Pappan has a background in banking and finance, with a focus on credit risk management and financial operations. Rance started their career as a Loan Officer at First Bank of Owasso in 2006. Rance later joined The F&M Bank & Trust Company, where they served as VP, Commercial Credit Specialist and VP, Credit Risk Officer. In these roles, they made credit decisions, provided credit support, and advised on lending across various segments. Since 2014, Rance has been with Stride Bank, N.A., where they have held multiple executive positions, including SVP, Chief Credit Officer, EVP, Chief Risk Officer, and their current role as EVP, Chief Financial Officer.

Rance Pappan completed their undergraduate studies at Oklahoma State University from 2002 to 2006. Rance obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a focus on Commercial Bank Management. Afterwards, from 2010 to 2012, Rance pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa. Their MBA program emphasized Business Administration and Management in a general context.
