George Douaire has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. George is currently the Chief Executive Officer of StrideTech Medical, a start-up that provides an attachment to walkers, offering real-time haptic and LED feedback to users while collecting data for healthcare professionals.
Additionally, George holds positions at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, serving as an Adjunct Professor since January 2021 and previously as an Instructional Coach from January 2020 to January 2021. George also has an advisory role on the Board of K8 Ventures since December 2018.

George Douaire attended Loyola Academy from 1976 to 1980, during which they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. George then enrolled at Fairfield University from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was American Studies, and they minored in Economics. Afterward, from 1986 to 1989, George attended the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance.
