James Horner

Senior Associate at Stride Treglown

James Horner is a Senior Associate at Stride Treglown, where they have worked since 2018. Prior to that, they were self-employed as a freelance architect and web designer under the banner of 10kdesign. James has also worked as an architectural assistant for both Priestman Architects and PCPT Architects.

James has a wealth of experience in both architectural design and web design, and has completed a range of projects in both fields. These include a residential extension in Westbury-on-Trym Bristol, which was featured on a Grand Designs programme, and setting up and running BIM services for an orangery/conservatory manufacturer and installer. James was recently called upon by a Google staff member who was looking to convert a remote church into a high specification house.

James is often called upon to provide Sketchup modelling services and has produced models for many clients including the North London Grammar School, North Bristol Baths and Sesame Access.

James Horner studied architecture at the University of Sheffield, where they earned a diploma and a BA(Hons) in Architectural Studies.
