Ian Windsor currently serves as the Head of Operations at StrideCare, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Ian held various leadership roles at GI Alliance from August 2019 to March 2025, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Optimization. Ian was instrumental in the operational transition during the merger of Greater Houston Gastroenterology and Texas Digestive Disease Consultants while serving as Director of Operations at the latter firm. Additional experience includes operational leadership roles at Greater Houston Gastroenterology, Baylor College of Medicine, CHI St. Luke's Health, and St. Luke's Health System, emphasizing strategic planning, integration management, and community relations. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
