Previously, Natalie held various managerial and clinical roles, including Clinical Manager at The Center for ENT and Triage Licensed Practical Nurse at Brigham and Women's Hospital. With a strong background in healthcare management, they have consistently demonstrated leadership qualities, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering team development in every position. Natalie holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
