Rowie S.

Rowie S. began their career in 2015 at Wynn Las Vegas, where they held the positions of Suites Inventory Manager, Encore Resort Front Desk Agent, Billing Specialist, and Rooms Inventory Coordinator. In 2020, they moved to TekPerfect, where they worked as a DevOps Engineer, operating and delivering projects on Mac OS, Linux, and Windows, as well as performing AWS setup, configuration, and installation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripting, basic Python programming, Linux/Powershell system administration, Docker container creation, Git/Github repository and branch management, Virtual Box environment building, Kali Linux vulnerability testing, Fail2Ban monitoring, and GnuPG encryption and decryption. Currently, Rowie S. is employed at Stride, where they are a Cloud Platform Engineer, implementing and supporting DevOps practices, improving CI/CD processes and pipelines, and increasing the reliability and scalability of company systems through automation and Infrastructure as Code.

Rowie S. attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2010-2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
