Oriana Velasco

Oriana Velasco is an experienced educator currently serving as an Elementary School Teacher at Stride, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Oriana worked as a Bilingual Teacher at CyFair ISD from August 2020 to March 2021, where strategies were implemented to promote bilingual literacy among kindergarten students. Oriana also spent several years at Houston ISD from October 2015 to July 2020 as a Bilingual Kindergarten Teacher and was recognized as Team Leader for the Kindergarten Department from 2017 to 2020, enhancing strategic planning and classroom management skills. Oriana Velasco holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, completed in July 2010.
