Shari Ford

Shari Ford, M.A.T., is an experienced mathematics educator with a focus on AP Statistics and AP Calculus, currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher for grades 6 to 12 at Stride, Inc. since August 2012. Ford has developed and delivered both synchronous and asynchronous online instruction and has created professional development resources for fellow educators. Additionally, Ford has tutored AP Statistics and AP Calculus at THE A-LIST TUTORING SERVICES, INC. and has significant experience as an AP Statistics Reader for The College Board. Previous roles include mathematics teaching at Chicago Public Schools, where Ford initiated the AP Statistics program and designed a standards-aligned Algebra curriculum. Ford holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
