Tara Richardson currently serves as the Director of Related Services at Stride, Inc. since December 2020, following a decade-long tenure as Director of Related Services at K12 where responsibilities included supporting virtual schools in providing timely, high-quality related services for students. Previous roles include Southern Region Special Programs Manager overseeing federal special programs in various states, Special Education Coordinator & Teacher at Arkansas Virtual Academy, and multiple leadership positions at Easter Seals Arkansas. Early career experience includes teaching special education and early intervention for young children at Arkansas Children's Hospital and Henry County Public Schools. Tara holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in English and Elementary Education from Centre College.
