Tracy Mills

Tracy Mills is an experienced Community Engagement Specialist at Stride, Inc. since October 2021, providing vital support services to students and families in a virtual school setting. Previously, Tracy held the role of Student Support Advisor and also worked in various positions, including Stand Up Supervisor and Customer Care Technical Support, where responsibilities encompassed team management and customer service. Tracy's career began in customer service roles at Cigna and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, reflecting a robust foundation in client support and compliance. Tracy attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from August 1991 to May 1993.
