Shivaprasad Naikoti has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Shivaprasad is currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Strides Pharma Inc. prior to that, they worked as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Viyash Group Companies.

Before joining Viyash Group Companies, Shivaprasad was the Senior Vice President at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. Shivaprasad has also held various roles at Strides Pharma Inc., including Group Head - Partnered Business - Americas, Vice President - Americas, and Asst. Vice President - Business Development.

Shivaprasad's career began at Bristol Laboratories Ltd - London, where they worked as the Asst. Vice President - Marketing (Europe). Shivaprasad also served as the Regional Business Development Manager & Commercial Director (South America) at Strides Arcolab Limited.

Throughout their career, Shivaprasad has gained expertise in areas such as business development, strategic planning, and market expansion. Shivaprasad has been actively involved in identifying new opportunities for acquisition and launching new divisions in different regions.

Shivaprasad Naikoti's education history includes obtaining a BSc degree in Botony, Zoology, and Chemistry from Osmania University from 1989 to 1991. Later, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and General Management (EGMP) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
