Kate Haussauer (“Ho-so-wear”)

Kate Haussauer has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Kate began their career in 2007 as a Personal Banker at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank. In 2009, they joined GE Capital as a Senior Litigation Account Manager and Case Manager. In 2013, they moved to Pepper UK as an Arrears and Litigation Specialist. In 2015, they joined LendInvest as Head of Loan Servicing and Mars Capital as a Litigation Specialist. Kate then went on to work at Hadrian's Wall Capital Limited as a Loan Administration and Servicing Interim and Loans Warehouse as a Head of Bridging Interim in 2017. In 2018, they became Head of Property Lending at FundingSecure. In 2019, they joined Generation Home as Mortgage Operations and in 2021, they became the Head of Operations at StrideUp.

Kate Haussauer attended Portsmouth Grammar School and Portsmouth High School for Girls.
