Matthew Elsey

Matthew Elsey is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and full stack development. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at strideUX since May 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at BoxCast, where responsibility included leading the talent acquisition process and nurturing engineering teams. Prior to BoxCast, Matthew was Engineering Manager and Project Lead at MorelandConnect, overseeing major projects, including a custom ERP system for a large international client. Experience also includes significant contributions at Squirrels LLC as Staff Full Stack Engineer, developing successful e-commerce platforms, and extensive web development expertise at GHI Internet Services. Matthew holds an Associate of Science degree in Internet Design and Development from Stark State College of Technology.
