Kate Spence

Kate Spence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner programs and business development within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs at Striim since August 2022, Kate leads the reorganization of migration programs with strategic partners and manages initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles include Director of Partner Programs and Channel Partner Executive at Striim, where Kate focused on partner enablement and scalable programs. Prior to Striim, Kate was a Partner Success Manager at PKWARE and held various account management positions at Ingram Micro, demonstrating a strong ability to cultivate relationships and drive sales in collaboration with partners. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Hilbert College and has a background in marketing coordination from Allure (Salon).
