Mahadevan Lakshminarayanan

Mahadevan Lakshminarayanan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Mahadevan started their career at Oracle Corporation in 1993, where they served in various roles including Senior Manager, Principle Software Engineer and Project Lead, and Software Engineer. During their time at Oracle, they managed the software development process for new product releases and led teams in database platform development.

In 2008, Lakshminarayanan joined GoldenGate Software as the Director of Development, where they reported to the CTO and headed the R&D wing of the advanced technology group. Mahadevan was responsible for driving offshore initiatives in disaster recovery and real-time transactional data management.

In 2009, Lakshminarayanan continued their role as Director of Technology at Oracle India Development Center Bangalore, as the company acquired GoldenGate Software. Mahadevan reported to the VP of Engineering/Technology and focused on real-time data integration.

Finally, in 2012, Lakshminarayanan joined Striim as the India Head and later took on the additional role of Vice President of Engineering. Mahadevan has been leading the engineering team and overseeing the company's operations in India.
