Rick Ainsworth

Rick Ainsworth has over 25 years of experience in executive sales and management roles. Rick is currently the Vice President of Global Channel Sales at WebAction, where they are responsible for partner acquisition and revenue generation. Rick also serves as an interim direct sales executive for strategic accounts in the central US. Prior to their current role, Rick was an executive advisor at Boldface, where they co-founded the startup and focused on raising capital. Rick also served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at AccelOps, leading the company to two record quarters in sales production. Rick has extensive experience in the software industry, having held executive positions at Oracle EMEA, GoldenGate Software, ACI Worldwide, and Mozart Systems. At these companies, they were responsible for generating and managing sales, building teams, and implementing successful sales strategies.

Rick Ainsworth obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from UCLA, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
