Kati Voeller

Kati Voeller is a product manager at Strike Graph, a security compliance SaaS company spun out of Madrona Venture Labs. In this role, they lead the product pillar focusing on customer compliance activities, and supports the company's goals for customer retention and growth.

Previously, Kati was a product manager at NextStep, a startup spun out of Pioneer Square Labs. There, they trained and placed people in entry-level, in-demand health care positions to help them learn new skills and land jobs in the growing health care industry.

Before that, Kati was a partnership associate at 3Degrees Group, Inc., where they supported multiple utilities' green power programs along the west coast that offer customers and utilities a way to make a positive environmental impact.

Kati has a passion for sustainability and environmentalism, and is excited to be working on products that have a positive impact on the world.

Kati Voeller is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Kati previously attended Colorado College, where they majored in environmental science. Kati is also a certified Scrum Master.
