Matt McSorley

Matthew McSorley currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at STRIKE since January 2023. Additionally, McSorley is a member of the OECD Executive Consultation Group for the Blue Dot Network and fulfills a role on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Plano. Prior to these positions, McSorley was the President of Major Capital Projects LLC and TrueUnison LLC, providing consulting services to investment firms on capital projects and strategic initiatives. A long tenure at Fluor Corporation from 1991 to 2020 included multiple executive roles, such as Executive Vice President of Project Support Services and President of the Power Business Line, overseeing significant corporate functions and revenue-generating business units. McSorley's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Citadel and an advanced degree in Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
