Mateo Solivella

Mateo Solivella is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people operations. Currently serving as a Senior People Generalist at Strike since February 2025, Mateo previously worked as a Talent Operations Associate at Caylent, where responsibilities included candidate evaluation and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. Mateo also held the position of Senior Recruiter at PwC, managing the recruitment process for Tax Services, and gained experience as an Onboarding Intern at HSBC, where responsibilities comprised offer coordination and developing the internship program.
