In 2016, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at FH International Consulting Co., Inc. and a Digital Marketing Executive at Bayview Technologies, Inc. Erika then joined Strike Social in 2020, where they held roles as a Digital Account Executive, Senior Digital Account Executive, and Digital Account Strategist. In 2021, they began working as a Financial Advisor at Pru Life UK.
