Jerry Rinard

Jerry Rinard, FPAC has extensive experience in finance and accounting. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at a variety of companies, including Brownstone Companies, Ultimate Exposure, Adesso Solutions, Connect Search, LLC, and Strike Social. At Brownstone Companies, they served as a Staff Accountant, where they maintained complex spreadsheets, executed monthly bank reconciliations, and assisted the CFO with payroll entries. At Ultimate Exposure, they were the Controller and was responsible for the month-end close accounting, processing the monthly membership draft, and providing in-house IT support. At Adesso Solutions, they were the Senior Finance & Accounting Manager and was responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and management dashboards for review with management team. At Connect Search, LLC, they were the Senior Project Accountant and was exposed to a growing global company implementing SOX-compliant controls. Finally, at Strike Social, they served as the CFO / EVP - Global Finance, VP - Global Finance, and Global Controller, where they were responsible for coordination of Global Financial Operations, Cash Management Strategy, FP&A, Global Treasury and Foreign Exchange, and International Compliance.

Jerry Rinard, FPAC, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Illinois State University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Science in Business Administration from Parkland College between 2002 and 2005. In April 2017, they obtained their Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional certification from the Association for Financial Professionals.
