Marsie Bacod has had a diverse work experience since 2012. Marsie began their career as a Purchasing Trainee at Pizza Hut in 2012. In 2014, they became a Marketing and Events Trainee at RedFox Technologies. In 2015, they were a Marketing Trainee at LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A) Pte Ltd and a Lead Brand Ambassador and Brand Ambassador at Voyager Innovations Inc. After that, they worked at Maxus Global as a Digital Media Executive. In 2017, they joined Wavemaker as a Precision Planning Manager, Senior Precision Planner, and Junior Digital Planner/Buyer. Most recently, they have been a Digital Media Analyst at Strike Social since 2021.

Marsie Bacod obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines between 2011 and 2015. Marsie also took a module in Asian Language - Korean from the University of the Philippines in 2014.
