Jay Bougie

Jay Bougie has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jay started their career in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician - Collection and then moved to Argon ST, a Boeing subsidiary. At Argon ST, they worked as a Test Engineer, Field Service Engineer, System Engineer, and Training Specialist for over a decade. Jay also served as the Product Owner in Agile development tasks and had an in-depth knowledge of the product line. In 2013, they joined NS2 Mission as a Lead System Engineer and then progressed to become the Research & Development Group Lead and Director. In 2021, they worked for 4DV Analytics as a Senior System Engineer and later moved to Anno.Ai as a Director of Integrated Sensors. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Strike Solutions.

Jay Bougie completed a BA in Historical and Political Studies at Chaminade University of Honolulu from 2006 to 2008. Jay then earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Jack Welch Management Institute from 2011 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) certification from the Project Management Institute.
