Tim Magin is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Strike Solutions since November 2025, Tim previously worked as a Principal Engineer at Expedition Technology from November 2022 to November 2025. Prior positions include Senior Software Engineer roles at OctalX and BLUE RIDGE ENVISIONEERING, as well as a Senior Systems Engineer at NS2 Mission. Tim began the career at Argon ST as a Systems Engineer and progressed through various roles, including Software Engineer at BTI360. Tim holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
