Tom Billard

Tom Billard has a diverse work experience. Tom began their career in the US Army as a Soldier, working as a SIGINT Analyst and Russian Linguist. Tom also served as an Instructor at the NSA National Cryptologic School. After leaving the military in 2000, they joined the Central Intelligence Agency as a Senior Operations Officer and Manager, where they worked for 17 years until 2018. In 2020, they joined Strike Source as the Chief Operating Officer and National Security Analyst. Later that year, they also became the President and Executive Director of an undisclosed company.

Tom Billard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from George Mason University from 1990 to 1994. Tom also received a Russian Language Certification from the Defense Language Institute from 1996 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Tom Billard obtained various certifications related to intelligence and tradecraft from the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency. Tom also obtained a Real Estate License in Virginia. No specific dates were provided for the additional certifications.
