Marissa Johnson

Marissa Johnson is an experienced educator and language specialist with a strong background in teaching and curriculum development. Currently serving as a French Teacher for kindergarten and first grade at String Theory Schools since 2015, Marissa has developed French lesson plans, authored bilingual children's books, and co-created an arts-based literacy program. Prior to this role, Marissa tutored French at various education levels while also working in bilingual customer service roles, translating communications for companies such as Telerx and managing automobile claims at Plymouth Rock Assurance. Marissa holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from American College of Education and a Bachelor's Degree in French and International Studies from Hollins University.
