Nicola Piercy has held a variety of roles in the past 20 years. In 2000, they began as a Marketing Executive at Freeplay Energy. In 2005, they moved to Twentysix London, where they worked as an Account Manager. In 2006, they Co-Founded privateHQ Ltd. In 2008, they Co-Founded YourLocal London Ltd, a city-wide community website. In 2010, they moved to austique as an Operations Director. In 2011, they became a Marketing Manager at U'Luvka Vodka. In 2013, they began working at L'atelier des Chefs UK as a Managing Director and Marketing Director, where they managed 25 staff and oversaw financial reporting, performance analysis, budget control, cash flow management, cost control, site efficiencies, and brand partnerships. In 2017, they became Managing Director at Stripe & Stare.
