Alberto Gisbert is an experienced Engineering Manager currently leading the Global Direct Debits team at Stripe since July 2022, after progressing through roles as a Software Engineer in the same division. Prior to Stripe, Alberto worked at Porsche AG for four years, contributing as a Software Engineer in various capacities, including architecting smart mobility solutions and developing real-time data platforms for motorsport applications. Alberto's expertise spans guidance in cloud technologies like Azure and AWS, as well as CI/CD pipeline implementation using Azure DevOps and GitLab. Earlier career experience includes leadership and technical roles at everis, focusing on projects for the European Commission and European Union Intellectual Property Office, where Alberto managed remote teams and coordinated stakeholder engagements. Alberto holds a degree in Computer Engineering and Software Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.
