Cathay Bi is the founder and chef of Dumpling Club, a subscription dumpling business that evolved into a community space in the Mission district of San Francisco, operated from January 2020 until its closure after four years. Additionally, Cathay Bi currently holds a position in Product Communications at Stripe, starting in August 2024. Previous experience includes a role as Executive Assistant to Jonathan Rosenberg at Google and positions as a Rotational Associate, Product Manager, and Product Marketing Manager from July 2010 to June 2011.
