Kelly Hook is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in communications, customer success, and leadership across various industries. Currently serving in Internal Communications at Stripe since March 2024, Kelly has also held a Board of Directors position at North Carolina State University since January 2021. As the Owner and CEO of Wilderness Adventure Company from December 2020 to November 2023, Kelly successfully transformed a struggling business into a profitable venture before its acquisition by Jonas Expeditions. Previous roles include Director of Communications and Partner Success at On Deck, where Kelly launched a Customer Success program that achieved notable financial success, and Head of Customer Success & Enterprise Solutions at Orderful, where Kelly significantly reduced churn and improved net promoter scores.
