Caite Ray

Caite Ray is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of CEO Communications and Head of Internal Comms at Pinterest since February 2024. Prior to this role, Caite held various positions at Google from January 2019 to February 2024, including Head of Executive and Internal Communications for Google Commerce and Payments. Previous experience also includes serving as Enterprise Communications Manager at Gap Inc. and Communications Manager at Yahoo, where contributions led to the award of Ragan’s “Grand Prize: Best Overall Intranet” in 2015. Early career roles included positions at SAP, International Student Placements, and Creative Brands Group. Caite holds a degree in Communication & English from Santa Clara University, specializing in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs.
