Prior to Stripe, Susan held multiple roles at Castlight Health, where responsibilities expanded from product management to senior marketing management. Susan's early career included a strategist position at Continuum Innovation, specializing in innovation through ethnographic and market research, and a business analyst role at Accenture. Susan holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Anthropology with an emphasis on Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
