Rich Gardner

Rich Gardner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor to the CEO and Leadership Team at Grid & Pixel, and an Executive Advisor at Stripes, Rich has played key roles in advising and growing several companies. Notably, as SVP of Global Strategic Partnerships at Klaviyo, Rich expanded the partner ecosystem from several hundred to over 5,000 partners within five years. Rich's previous positions include Founding Member and Chairman of Pavilion Boston, SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Catalant Technologies, and Managing Director at Gerson Lehrman Group, where Rich led a global business unit. Rich holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and an AB from Harvard University.
