Ming Wu

Ming Wu is the CEO of Strips Finance, a previous company they founded. Ming has also worked as a trader for Hehmeyer, Paxos, and Ingensoma Trading Group Ltd. Prior to that, they worked at Goldman Sachs as a program trading desk analyst for their equities division. There, they were responsible for identifying and executing arbitrage opportunities, as well as managing a portfolio of currency and commodities.

In 2013, Ming Wu helped found the Australian National University Student Managed Investment Fund, where they served as investment director. Under their leadership, the fund raised $250,000 in seed investment and achieved a 74% return on their currency and commodities paper portfolio with a 22.4% max drawdown.

Ming Wu has a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the Australian National University, where they majored in Joint Honours in Actuarial Science and Economics. Ming also has a Bachelor of Social Science from the National University of Singapore, where they majored in Joint Honours in Actuarial Science and Economics. Ming has a certification from Google in Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals, and another certification from Google in Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure.
