Jamaul Webster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and fundraising across various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at STRIVE, a leader in workforce development, Jamaica focuses on creating partnerships that lead to employment opportunities. As the Foundation Board Chair for the Human Rights Campaign, Jamaica advocates for LGBTQ+ equality. Previously, Jamaica held the Chief Development Officer position at Educational Alliance, managing a robust fundraising program for a nonprofit serving thousands in Manhattan. Experience also includes leadership roles at Teach For America and Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where strategic fundraising initiatives were developed, and teams were mentored.
