Nirmala Singh serves as the Director of New Market Expansion at STRIVE, focusing on national expansion efforts and building strategic partnerships to develop new program sites in underserved communities. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Common Impact, where Nirmala led corporate partnerships for skills-based volunteering programs and enhanced Corporate Social Responsibility strategies. Nirmala's background also features positions as a Founding Board Member for the South Queens Women's March, Community Programs Manager at the Rockaway Initiative for Sustainability & Equity, and a LeadNext Fellow at The Asia Foundation. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Mount Saint Mary College, along with previous roles in governmental offices and programs early in a professional career.
