Rochelle Dais possesses extensive experience in program management and workforce development, currently serving as the Managing Director of CORE Programs at STRIVE since July 2017, where oversight includes program operations, occupational skills training, and business development. Prior to this role, Rochelle was the Retention and Advancement Manager at STRIVE International, supervising efforts to enhance retention and placement rates. Previous positions at Grant Associates Inc. spanned various leadership roles, including Literacy Director and Career Advisor Manager, where program development and training initiatives were key focuses. Early career experience included human resources management at Kforce Inc. Rochelle Dais holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Western Connecticut State University.
