Soucaina Joseph is an experienced professional in the field of social work and youth development, currently serving as a Career Coach at STRIVE since November 2022. Prior to this role, Soucaina worked as a Youth Life Coach at Good Shepherd Services, where responsibilities included mentoring young people in care, developing personalized service plans, and promoting self-sufficiency. Previous positions include Case Planner at The Children's Village, Youth Development Specialist at Good Shepherd Services, and Domestic Violence Advocate at Safe Horizon, all of which involved providing crucial support and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Soucaina holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Canton and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Grand Canyon University, expected to graduate in December 2025.
