Rajkumar Chintakayala

Rajkumar Chintakayala has a range of work experience in the software quality assurance field. Rajkumar is currently working as a Software QA Engineer at Strive Gaming. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Technician at Amazon, where they conducted regression, internationalization, localization, sanity, and compatibility testing on Amazon's desktop and mobile applications. Rajkumar also created test suits and test cases for manual testing in this role. Rajkumar also has experience as a Software Quality Assurance Intern at Inpach Solutions. Additionally, they held leadership roles at Northumbria Students' Union, where they served as Vice President Postgraduate and Member Board of Trustees. In these roles, they were responsible for supporting the education, welfare, and social needs of postgraduate students and worked on various initiatives, including securing funded COVID-19 extensions for PhD students and organizing cultural celebration events.

Rajkumar Chintakayala began their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam. Rajkumar attended this program from 2009 to 2013.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Rajkumar pursued further education at Northumbria University. From 2019 to 2023, they studied for a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology.

Throughout their educational journey, Rajkumar also obtained various certifications. In 2014, they became an AMCAT Certified Software Engineer in IT Services through Aspiring Minds. In 2015, they received a certification in Manual Testing and Selenium Webdriver Automation from QSpiders - Software Testing Training Institute.

In addition to their academic certifications, Rajkumar also gained recognition for their contributions as a student. In 2022, they received a Certificate of Appreciation from Northumbria Students' Union and was highly commended for their outstanding contribution to postgraduate student wellbeing by FindAUniversity in the same year.
