Allie Cecich Silver

Allie Cecich Silver has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Allie is currently the Vice President, Central Operations at Strive Health since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Implementation at Strive Health from September 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Strive Health, Allie was the Director of Customer Success at Notion from September 2018 to September 2020. Allie also held positions at HealthCare Partners, A DaVita Medical Group as the Director of Contracting Operations from April 2016 to September 2018, and at Paladina Health, a DaVita subsidiary, where they served as the Director of Strategy and Operations from July 2011 to April 2016. Additionally, they briefly worked as the Director of Business Development at Paladina Health from March 2011 to July 2011. Allie started their career at McKinsey & Company as an Operations Associate from September 2008 to May 2011. Prior to that, they were an MBA student at Kellogg School of Management from September 2006 to June 2008. Allie also gained experience as an MBA Product Management Intern at Amazon.com in June 2007. Allie's early career included roles at The Home Depot, where they worked as an Inventory Program Manager from April 2005 to June 2006, and as a Logistics Analyst/Engineer from February 2002 to April 2005.

Allie pursued further education and earned an MBA/MEM degree in Marketing and Engineering Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2006 to 2008.
