Andrea Warnke

Andrea Warnke has a diverse range of work experience in finance and strategic planning roles. Andrea currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance at Strive Health, where they are responsible for overseeing financial operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Director of Strategic Finance at Strive Health in 2021. Before joining Strive Health, Andrea worked at Optum as a Finance Director from 2019 to 2021. At DaVita Medical Group, they served as a Finance Director in 2019, where they led the national finance team and implemented process improvements for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management. Andrea also gained experience in finance and analytics leadership at Zimmer Biomet and Biomet, where they played key roles in major acquisitions. Additionally, they have worked at DaVita Healthcare Partners, Procter & Gamble, and Deloitte Consulting LLP, where they honed their skills in finance, strategy, and operations. Overall, Andrea has a strong background in finance and strategic planning, with a focus on driving process improvements and supporting business growth.

Andrea Warnke completed their MBA in Strategic Management & Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University, majoring in Management, International Business, and French, from 2001 to 2005. Before attending university, Andrea graduated from Pleasant Valley High School.
