Lori Finch

Lori Finch, MS, RN, CNN, NE-BC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where they started as a Clinical Services Specialist and eventually became the Director of Clinical Services. In their role as Director, they were responsible for the quality, education, and nursing services within the division and managed a team of clinical professionals. Lori also implemented programs to improve patient outcomes and provided training and support to clinical teammates. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Quality Improvement Director at Quality Insights Inc. Currently, they serve as the Regional Clinical Director at Strive Health, where they oversee clinical programs in North Carolina.

Lori Finch holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Lori also has a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Virginia Commonwealth University, earned from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, Lori holds a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Sentara College of Health Sciences, which they completed from 1987 to 1990. Lori has obtained certifications as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC) from the American Nurse Credentialing Center in June 2017, and as Certified in Nephrology Nursing from the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) in May 2008.
