Natalie Ray

Natalie Ray has a range of work experience in the healthcare industry, starting in 2004 as an Agent Assistant at the Rachelle Grimmett Agency- American Family Insurance. Natalie then transitioned to the healthcare field, working at the UH Elyria Medical Center as a Registered Nurse from April 2017 to October 2018. Natalie subsequently held positions at Ohio Living as an RN Case Manager from August 2018 to April 2019, and at the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging as an RN Care Manager from April 2018 to February 2020. Following this, they joined HealthCare Support as an RN Care Manager II for Centene Corporation from February 2020 to March 2021. Natalie then moved on to Centene Corporation as an RN Care Manager II from March 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are employed at Strive Health, where they hold the position of RN Intensive Care Manager since March 2022 and also serves as the Lead Registered Nurse Care Manager from February 2023 onwards.

Natalie Ray holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Chamberlain University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Lorain County Community College from 2011 to 2015, majoring in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Natalie also possesses multiple certifications as a Registered Nurse from various nursing boards, including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and North Carolina.
